Slacking on this thing called “Tumblr” again… story of my life.
Have already gotten pretty busy with school and it’s only week two, what is up with that. My course coordinator keeps switching around my group for my Enviro Chem class - we started with six people then had to pick one person to move to another group, now a different group member is dropping the course so we’re supposed to be getting another member?!? Why does it even matter. We’ve already handed in two assignments and we can’t just keep screwing around with our group!!
I’ve also been busy filling in some time with dragon boat practices and trying to figure out what I’m doing this summer!! I went to a summer research conference today and can hopefully get a summer position with my Stats Professor, but I’m also going to a job fair tomorrow in hopes of getting some sort of summer income!!
(I also thought that NSERC awards were a lot harder to get but you only need a B- average and a Professor to sign your application for you… that’s not too bad! So I should be able to get a research grant which would mean a summer research position…)
